The service was very good and the rooms were excellent quality with a nice bathroom, TV, for example. Location: the hotel was near restaurant and at reception, the centre of town, and sihanoukville for relaxing.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was nicely designed, with great and brilliant location very close to the action/ casino and Otres 2 beautiful beach. Had good-sized and functional standard twin room in a good atmosphere and wake-up service was available in it. The most important was the staff - amicable and efficient people.

We had a fantastic family vacation at a hidden gem in Sihanoukville. Despite ongoing construction in the area, this hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the room was spacious and clean, with beautiful tiling in the bathroom. the food in the restaurant was a highlight, with a wide selection and incredible flavors. We also loved being just a short walk away from both the beach and the river. the owner even lent us his Wi-Fi stick during a storm when the hotel's internet was down. a wonderful stay for our family.

The noise from the nearby construction was occasionally bothersome.

I greatly enjoyed my big size room with comfortable beds and a big TV. the hotel was next to a lake from the earlier rain and Otres 2 beautiful beach.

Perfect location, very clean and well maintained. Polite and helpful staff. Stylish furniture. Great pool. Close to the main beach area but quiet and peaceful. Good coffee. Big and airy room with a balcony. Nice hot shower. Nice restaurant with view of the river. Good dinner meals.

The boutique resort was clean, well-managed, and had friendly staff. The meals were delicious, with breakfast cooked to order. The location, away from the crowded main beach area, offered a nicer stretch of beach. The live saxophonist on Sunday evening was a bonus.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The restaurant/bar area is nice and the food is delicious. The view from the restaurant overlooking the river is really beautiful.

Hidden Gem

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. Despite the ongoing construction in the surrounding area, the hotel itself was a hidden gem. The bar staff, particularly Hayam and Panha, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The food, including the breakfast and the 'Fish Amok', was delicious. The location was peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.
